Shipping Times

Delivery
We ship our products to all locations within the United States. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address and phone number during checkout to receive your tracking information. Free shipping the United States only.

Undeliverable Packages
If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up the package from the carrier's office, or other reasons beyond our control, we may charge you a fee to reship the package.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@mycolbo.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping
Priority Mail International service USPS to ship to more than including Canada, Mexico, and Australia. Delivery from 6-10 business days.

Return Policy

At MyColbo.com, we strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. However, we also understand that sometimes things don't work out, and you may need to return a product. Our return policy is as follows.

Returns:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund. If you receive the wrong product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund. If you simply change your mind about a product,  you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund, as long as the product has not been opened or tampered with.

No refunds for opened or tampered products:

We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened or tampered with, as we cannot resell them. If you receive a product that you believe to be defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss your options.
